Fees can be based on an hourly rate currently £50 or a % of the construction cost.

A Planning Application  is usually around 2.5 to 3% of the construction cost.

I am happy to negotiate a fee or work on a performance fee basis. Where the fee is reduced, but a bonus is given on a successful outcome (ie planning permission) .

Building costs can vary between £1000-£1500 a sq.m depending on the complexity of the work.

I make all endeavours to turn work around without delay, although varying factors can unduly affect this.

The copyright of all material produced is retained by the Architect , the client has licence to use the drawings for the specific project only.

I ask that clients answer queries and pay fee’s  promptly this allows me to continue to operate efficiently and offer competitive rates.
